The Toscani Dario farm, located in the gentle hills of Teramo, next to the Adriatic sea and near the town of Giulianova, is an area with a predominantly agricultural vocation whose gentle slopes and temperate microclimate favour the cultivation.

The Toscani family is rich and proud of the farming culture that has been handed down from father to son, under the guidance of the family head Nicola Toscani and driven by love and passion for the earth and oil.

Toscani Dario, Nicola’s son and current company director and agricultural engineer, is someone with whom is well worth a chat. From his eyes and his experience shines all that a good farmer should preserve; simplicity, enthusiasm for his work and that touch of nostalgia which enriches the gaze of those who hold a long tradition. He is a leading agricultural entrepreneur with the help of two permanent and two temporary employees as well as family helpers.

The agricultural firm extends to 30 hectares in different plots. Olive growing has always been Dario’s passion, practiced with great love towards this tree.

Over 2000 olives are managed and all the agronomic phases are taken care of, including the harvest.

Most of the olive trees are centenarians while some olive groves were planted around the 80s.

Quality of the product means carrying out all the appropriate agronomic practices and promptly processing the olives as they are harvested day by day.

The company’s efforts of constant growth, attention to the bond with the land and traditions, aim towards the continuous enhancement of the area through the preservation of ancient flavours and know-how.
