This combination package by Bonfissuto contains a naturally leavened Panettone, covered with chocolate and hazelnut and pistachio cream spread.

Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, egg yolk, sugar, honey, butter, milk, fructose, natural mother yeast, monotriglycerides of fatty acids, vanilla beans, salt, natural flavours.

Shelf life: 3 months from the date of production

Store in a cool dark place

MILK CHOCOLATE COATING

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, coconut), skimmed milk powder (19%), low-fat cocoa with 10/12% cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), pistachio flavourings and grains.

HAZELNUT AND PISTACHIO CREAM

Format: 220 gr

Origin: Sicily

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oil (sunflower), finely crumbled biscuit 12%, wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter, skimmed milk powder, malted barley flour, salt, hazelnuts, skimmed milk, powder, skimmed cocoa 10/12% cocoa butter, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural flavours, antioxidant (rosemary extract), chopped pistachios. It may contain traces of eggs, and other nuts.

Their path and the development of their gastronomic project hasn't  got overly “ancient” roots given the young age, but exudes all the millenary tradition that the art of Sicilian pastry brings as a dowry and that seems to be genetically innate in who, like the Bonfissuto brothers, make use of years of experience in the catering world. The mix of youthful enthusiasm and technical rigour lead to the development of recipes and creations that revisit without "offending" the patrimony of Sicilian pastry and some of the typical desserts from the Italian tradition such as Panettone.
