A soft distillate with an elegant and refined taste with a pleasantly persistent aroma with a hint of hazelnut. The taste is of great harmony, followed by a long persistence, reflecting the aromatic and fruity notes.

Distilleria Casimiro

The Valle dei Laghi represents the maximum northern region limit of the olive cultivation. Thanks to the sub-Mediterranean climate conditions of Garda, the area of Santa Massenza is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines too. A tradition that Casimiro Poli’s family has been carrying on since 1924. Bernardino Poli, owner of the small winery and artisan distillery, works his vineyards, transferring the commitment and care both in the winery and in the distillery, obtaining fine wines, fragrant monovitigno grappas and a series of aromatic grappas with officinal herbs and selected grappas. A visit to the distillery and the winery is always welcome, every day of the week, by phone booking. A special room is available to friends and customers, for guided tastings directly by the owner Bernardino Poli.
