The cereals for the production of its alcohol come from the Campidano plain. The only botanical ingredient is juniper, which is harvested by hand once it has reached perfect ripeness. The maceration of the jupiter is very long and the slow distillation can be up to 15 hours.
It is a gin of character where the ingredients combined with the knowledge in the field of distillation releases a variety of truly involving Mediterranean flavours; everything is absolutely made in Sardinia, “apart from the empty bottle”, as Flavio likes to jokingly say.
