Ingredients: type 0 soft wheat flour, butter, liquid butter, egg yolk from free-range hens, sugar, honey, fructose, natural mother yeast (wheat), monotriglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural enzymes, vanilla beans of Madagascar, natural aromas.

DARK CHOCOLATE COATING

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, concentrated butter (99.8%), cocoa butter, lecithin emulsifier (soybean), natural vanilla extract, Modica chocolate powder, edible gold leaves.

MODICA CHOCOLATE CREAM SPREAD

Format: 200 gr

Origin: Sicily Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (coconut, sunflower, palm), low fat cocoa 25%, lactose, whey powder, hazelnuts, lecithin emulsifier (soy), flavours, Modica chocolate powder 70g.

May contain traces of eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and mustard.

Their path and the development of their gastronomic project hasn't  got overly “ancient” roots given the young age, but exudes all the millenary tradition that the art of Sicilian pastry brings as a dowry and that seems to be genetically innate in who, like the Bonfissuto brothers, make use of years of experience in the catering world. The mix of youthful enthusiasm and technical rigour lead to the development of recipes and creations that revisit without "offending" the patrimony of Sicilian pastry and some of the typical desserts from the Italian tradition such as Panettone.
