Vero Vermouth is the pure vermouth of Pure Sardinia, a brand new company specialising in the production of quality spirits and spirits: the name is a tribute to the genesis of this product, Vernaccia di Oristano, a traditional Alto Campidano wine that was once very common as an aperitif wine or digestive at the end of a meal. Unfortunately this particular drink, for some years now, is reserved for the niche of few admirers, who know how to appreciate the important flavour of its intense and persistent taste, with its almond aroma and amazing softness, especially when fifteen to twenty years old.

True Vermouth, in fact, is produced from a base of an excellent Vernaccia di Oristano DOC Riserva, ten years old, as in the best tradition of vermouth, with a small percentage of good tasting alcohol, sugar and a careful selection of typical Sardinian aromatic herbs,  such as helichrysum, artemisia, wild thyme, myrtle and juniper.

A product that therefore knows how to combine the traditional character of the wines of the territory with the Sardinian genius loci, that is the contribution of nature conferred by botanicals and with the typically Piedmontese tradition of preserved wines. Of a beautiful amber yellow color, full and brilliant, Vero Vermouth reveals to the nose the typical aromas of Vernaccia di Oristano DOC, characterised by the typical notes of ripe fruit, by the austere, but elegant spiciness and by the murruaxi, that sense given by the oxidative maturation that recalls bitter almonds, and yet aromas of honey, ethereal notes and sensations of the Sardinian Mediterranean scrub.

In the mouth Vero Vermouth is a soft, warm and tasty wine, of great intensity and persistence, but above all with a very fine, almost bewitching aroma. True Vermouth is a vermouth that can be transformed into a perfect aperitif, to be enjoyed strictly smooth to discover all its strength and purity, or it can very well end a lunch with friends, perhaps accompanied by some Sardinian pastries, such as amaretti from Oristano or Pabassinos.
